Phase 2: Site Prep & Demolition

Out with the old, in with the new.

- We clear out what's not needed

- Prep the land and foundation area

- Make sure the site is safe and ready for construction

Phase 3: Foundations & Concrete

This phase sets the structural base for your home.

- Pouring concrete slabs, footings, driveways, or walkways

- Installing rebar and formwork to strengthen everything

Phase 4: Masonry & Exterior Walls

We build the skeleton of your home here.

- Brick, block, stone, and stucco work

- Exterior walls that insulate and protect

Laying Bricks

Phase 5: Framing & Structure

We bring your layout to life with wood and metal framing.

- Build out rooms and levels

- Install subfloors, walls, and roof trusses

Wooden Home Framing

Phase 6: Roofing & Weather Protection

We make sure your home is sealed from the elements.

- Install the roof, waterproofing, flashing, and gutters

- Apply caulking, insulation, and exterior foam as needed

Switching Roofs

Phase 7: Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)

We handle all the behind-the-walls essentials.

- Electrical wiring and breaker panels

- Plumbing lines, gas pipes, and water systems

- HVAC (heating, cooling, and ventilation)

Electrical Worker

Phase 8: Insulation & Drywall

We make your home energy-efficient and start forming the interior look.

- Install insulation for comfort and energy savings

- Hang drywall and begin texturing walls and ceilings

Phase 9: Interior Finishes

This is where your home starts to feel like your home.

- Cabinets, countertops, tile, and flooring

- Paint, trim, doors, windows, and lighting

- Final plumbing and electrical fixture installs

Phase 10: Exterior Work & Landscaping

We polish off the outside with care.

- Concrete patios, fencing, walkways

- Grading, drainage, and any landscaping needs

Installing Turfs

Phase 11: Final Inspection & Walkthrough

We walk the space with you to make sure everything's perfect.

- Final checks, code compliance, and touch-ups

- We explain how everything works-then hand over the keys
